    Use of community CTC with Pre-Employment Life/Work issues, Community Individual Development Planning, addressing community issues such as 'Bullying' and Pre-Apprentice and Pre-College preparation, demystifying 'electronic, digital, wireless phone and computer 'hands-on' technologies and applications for community youth and adults life/work, etc.
